When India started limping and became unstable on one side of her body, Paul and Amy brought their daughter to Nicklaus Children's Hospital for a CT scan and further testing. India had suffered symptoms of weakness, hand-clenching and leg dragging on the right side of the body, and she was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor on the left side. Soon after diagnosis, India began intensive chemotherapy and radiation treatments at Nicklaus Children's Hospital. The tumors did return, however, and more treatment and therapies would be needed. India and her family have had a long and difficult road toward healing and recovery, but they are forever grateful for the care they have received at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.
