Jocelyn Frank Woolworth, Esq., and Ronald Vogel, Vice President of Ferrari-Maserati of Fort Lauderdale, have joined the board of directors of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation, the fundraising arm of Nicklaus Children’s Health System.
“We are delighted to welcome Jocelyn and Ronnie, two exceptional community leaders and philanthropists, to our board,” said Allison Baker, President of Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation. “We are honored they are joining with us to advance funding for and awareness of the remarkable community resource that is Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and to support our vision to create a healthy future for every child.”
Woolworth, since retiring from the practice of law, has dedicated her time to many non-profit organizations in South Florida, spending significant time as a trustee of Gulliver Prep and ultimately chairing its Board of Trustees. She has served as a guardian ad litem for Miami-Dade County, and previously supported Nicklaus Children’s by co-founding the Children’s Craniofacial Association. Woolworth, along with her family, are benefactors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami and Temple Judea.
Vogel, renowned for his successful entrepreneurial ventures and his achievements in motorsports with multiple World Championships, is also committed to serving and supporting his community. He and his family generously support various philanthropic causes, from environmental conservation and law enforcement to children’s health. Vogel is a supporter of Nicklaus Children’s, as well as other organizations including Boys & Girls Club of Broward County, Ronald McDonald House, the Diabetes Research Institute and Broward Sheriff’s Advisory Council.
