This June, the Nicklaus Children's Young Ambassadors (NCYA) hosted an afternoon of health and wellness at Live Free Crossfit in North Miami for all current members and several newcomers. The event featured a workout session, some light bites and an informative wellness chat with Ben Azadi, bestselling author of the Perfect Health Booklet.
