Denver Broncos cornerback and Super Bowl winner, Kayvon Webster, recently visited Miami Children’s Health Foundation, the fundraising arm for Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. During his visit, Webster brought smiles to the patients at Nicklaus Children’s and heard about their inspiring stories and experiences at the hospital. The Miami native was especially touched by Michael, a young boy fighting cancer.
“It was an amazing experience to visit Miami Children’s Health Foundation and meet the patients at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital,” said Webster. “These kids are fighting life-threatening diseases and bringing a smile to their face, meant the world to me. I want to do anything I can to continue to give these children the best care they deserve,” added Webster.
Webster is passionate about helping children and giving back to the community and through the Kayvon Webster GameChanger Foundation, he is determined to create initiatives for the children of his community and beyond.
Webster also took time to meet with with Lucy Morillo, President & CEO of Miami Children’s Health Foundation, and other executives at the foundation and hospital.
Webster is among several celebrities who have visited the hospital to raise awareness and advocate the wellness of children.
