Kansas Royals Slugger Jorge Soler Visits Nicklaus Children's Patients

Published on: 01/08/2019
Rarely is there a day at Nicklaus Children's Hospital without a special surprise for our patients, and January 8 was no exception, when World Series champion Jorge Soler stopped by for a special visit. The Kansas City Royals outfielder, joined by his family, met with patients and their families, talked baseball and the big leagues, and signed baseballs for kids to take home with them. Jorge, who currently resides in South Florida, won the 2016 World Series while playing with the Chicago Cubs.
