Every January, people all over the world resolve to eat more healthfully in the new year. Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, along with Kohl’s department stores are teaming up to make this goal possible for children across our community through its #GiveMe5 program.
Through community events, school demonstrations, online videos, and other outreach activities, #GiveMe5 aims to raise awareness on the importance of feeding children at least five servings of fruits and vegetables each day. We’ll be sharing recipe ideas and other healthy eating tips on our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter feeds. While the info is intended for the kiddos, we know parents will gobble them up, too!
To start you off on your healthy eating journey into 2018, we want to send you a FREE insulated #GiveMe5 lunch bag to pack full of yummy, good-for-you snacks. Click here to fill out a short, 3-question survey and claim your free lunch bag. The survey is now closed. Thank you to everyone who participated.
