Come on over and “bake” a difference! On Nov. 19, the third annual Bake a Difference community-wide event will feature families and friends throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties setting up bake stands for a good cause.
This year, Knots of Hope (KOH), an MCH Foundation Guild, has partnered with our President’s Cabinet to lead this great initiative to raise funds and awareness benefiting the patients and families at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Knots of Hope is a community service organization for students that focuses on spreading awareness about organ and tissue donation, including bone marrow transplants. Gather your closest family and friends to set up a bake stand or to become a virtual participant. Last year, over $30,000 were raised to support the Epilepsy Program where children in the hospital were able to select gifts for friends and family during the holiday season.
