Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Highlights for April 2016

Published on: 04/19/2016
We’re excited to share the successes of some our partners recent campaigns!

We’d like to thank the Shor Family and their Ace Hardware Stores for raising nearly $25,000 in 2015 for CMN Hospitals. Their stores are among the top 10 fundraising stores and one of the top 5 fundraising chains in the country.  In recognition of their outstanding fundraising efforts, Proctor and Gamble made an additional donation of $20,000 to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.  A heartfelt thank you to Bob, Susan, Ilana and the entire Shor Family as well as the dedicated employees at their stores for their unwavering support of CMN Hospitals and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.

Students at FIU stayed on their feet for 17 hours during the 19th annual Roarthon (Dance Marathon) benefiting Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.  With more than 600 registered dancers, this year’s Roarthon raised $101,750.97 – that’s an increase of 115.26%! A special THANK YOU to Elizabeth Mena, this year’s Overall Director, and the entire e-board for their efforts during the past year in organizing this amazing event.
