The patients at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital had a special visit from Puerto Rican actress, Adamari Lopez, who had a chance to visit and share some special moments with our families.  Lopez who is known for her
telenovela and movie roles, is also a breast cancer survivor and knows well what medical challenges and fears our families and children fight through every day.

During her visit, Lopez had the opportunity to see some of the hospitals most innovative technology, and learn about our groundbreaking medical research helping children not just in South Florida but around the world.
“All parents fear the day they may have to bring their child to the hospital, but I am so happy to see first-hand the incredible doctors and care that Nicklaus Children’s provides. It gives moms like me peace of mind that our children will receive the best care possible,” said Lopez after her visit.
