Started nearly two decades ago, Camp Superstar is a special weekend-long camp for children born with a cleft lip or a cleft palate and their families. It's a memorable experience for the children, many discovering for the first time that they are not alone. Campers participate in arts and crafts, dance parties, sports and skits and are reminded that “just because you have scars, that doesn’t mean you can’t smile.” Parents also find a support network at the camp.
